I booked a tour in advance, but ended up with no ticket.

I reserved a tour from Buenos Aires to Colonia del Sacramento well ahead of time, using a platform that facilitated the booking. We received a voucher indicating it was not the actual ticket and that we needed to collect the ticket at boarding. However, upon arriving at the designated location and presenting all the necessary information, there was no ticket or reservation under our name. As a result, we were denied boarding and completely missed the tour. Our travel plans were built around this tour, which ultimately went to waste. It's unclear whether: • the platform only provided a "reservation" without issuing tickets, or • there was a miscommunication with the operator. We received no guidance on how or where to collect the tickets, nor who to contact. My previous experiences with the platform included timely communication from guides, but that did not occur this time. The voucher was ineffective, and the reservation felt nonexistent. Additionally, we were in a foreign country, faced communication barriers, and encountered unwelcoming treatment on-site. Even then, our request for a refund was declined. Another major issue was the timing: The voucher stated boarding was at 8:30 am, recommending arrival an hour earlier. We arrived at 7:40 am, within the advised timeframe, only to find that boarding had already taken place. This inconsistency in information is unacceptable. The tour process is poorly communicated, lacks intuitive guidance, and there is insufficient on-site support, leaving consumers feeling abandoned. We lost a whole day of travel, along with the money spent, for a reservation made months prior that was not honored. Given these issues, I am requesting: • a full refund of the amount paid, • and a formal explanation regarding our reservation. Consumers deserve respect and responsibility when it comes to tourism services.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service during my trip to Egypt

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the service during my visit to Egypt, a place where tourists must be particularly vigilant due to prevalent scams. An operator on the platform incorrectly asserted that I took part in a tour, which was not the case. In truth, the operator requested that I cancel my booking — I have clear WhatsApp conversations to support this. Even after providing this evidence, they continued to use the false claim against me. I asked for solid proof that I actually participated in the tour, but instead of receiving proper customer support, I was held responsible as the customer. This approach fosters a situation where dishonest operators can exploit travelers. To clarify, I joined a different tour the next day and have proof of that experience as well. Given the known dangers in Egypt, I anticipated better protection for customers from the service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of that expectation. I strongly recommend that travelers document everything and be cautious when using this platform.

Frustrating booking and refund process

After booking and paying for a trip, I was informed that the equipment was unavailable, and I was asked to cancel myself. The refund is still pending. This site lacks proper support for refund inquiries. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but the absence of assistance is concerning. I recommend avoiding this service to prevent financial issues.

Paid for a trip but faced a scam

I booked and paid for a trip, but the owner claimed their equipment couldn't support it and asked us to cancel. The refund still hasn't come through. There's no proper support for refund inquiries. I really didn't want to leave a negative review, but the lack of assistance regarding the refund is frustrating. Please avoid this platform to prevent future issues with your money.

Menu prices were misleading

The prices listed on the menu were not accurate. I was informed it was a printing error. This reflects poorly on any restaurant when menu prices differ by €5.

Beware of unauthorized charges

Be cautious with this company as I encountered unauthorized subscription charges. I purchased a one-time service but was billed multiple times for a membership I never agreed to. After disputing the charges, it took significant effort to resolve the issue and get a refund. If you notice unexpected charges, contact your bank immediately.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful overnight stay during our safari. The staff were welcoming, and our room was spacious and clean, offering a lovely view of the pool. The food was plentiful and tasty. Though we didn't use the pool, it looked inviting. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I want to give a special mention to one staff member who took excellent care of us. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful retreat.

Poor support experience

The support from this service was very disappointing. Their auto-selection feature led me to book the wrong date, and when I tried to get a refund, they refused. It felt like a loop with no resolution. I won't be using this service again due to the lack of effective support.
