My husband and I really enjoyed the HPHB antenatal classes. The instructor made them fun and engaging while also making sure we were confident with all of the content. The weekly online webinars and extra video tutorials were extremely useful and great to go back over. The practical element to the weekly in person sessions was very useful; we would definitely have struggled had we not done this course.It was lovely to meet lots of other couples due to have their babies at a similar time to us and we will meet up with them at the reunion in January and hopefully stay in touch beyond that.My mum has even done the grandparents course!
We really enjoyed our HPHB course. It was informative, unbiased and a great way to meet lots of other lovely parents to be in our area. We would have liked a session or two more but all the extra videos and live sessions were really useful.
Attended the HPHB course in Surbiton having been recommended it by a friend. Our host Gemma was excellent, so approachable, knowledgable and friendly. The content in the course is super helpful and we still refer back to the online videos. Having the practical practice alongside (eg. Baby CPR, bottle prep etc) we didn’t get from books and being able to practice alongside Gemma and ask questions where we needed helped us feel more confident. On top of this, the connections that you make at the group with other parents to be are great and I can tell the group will be invaluable over the coming weeks. Thank you!
This course covered so much good and helpful information in detail with much enthusiasm and was really enjoyable. We went in with no expectations apart and we left with so much knowledge about both birth, caring for our expected baby and with some wonderful new friends in the same situation as ourselves. We couldn’t have asked for more, no question was too silly and everything was taught in a really relaxed and fun way to make it exciting and enjoyable whilst also learning invaluable information that we are now able to put into practice! The Happy Parents. Happy Baby. Antenatal Classes helped me and my husband build on our knowledge on topics from birth, baby care, to first aid. It has given us more confidence entering into the next chapter of our lives. All the midwifes and experts providing guidance did so in an informative but friendly and supportive way!
Our HPHB classes in Chiswick were phenomenal. Both midwifes who led the sessions were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The information shared during the sessions as well as online content was very helpful and well organized. Additional sessions with specialists were led well and offered bite-sized advice.The space allowed the group to socialize effectively before/after class and created a casual atmosphere. Highly recommended for any new parents who are keen to build some local connections !
Happy parents, happy baby was the perfect fit for us as first time parents! With a carefully curated curriculum, we felt empowered and informed before heading into the world of newborn life. Knowing all of the resources are still available online for us to refer back to has helped put my mind at ease during those moments where (inevitably) we found ourselves asking questions!
