Initial Hesitations Turned Positive Experience

Initially, I was unsure about this company due to the heavy paid advertising, which sparked my interest because of the pedals. Many reviews mention the brakes being underwhelming for the bike's weight. Unfortunately, mine arrived in December, and it's too cold for me to test it out yet. Overall, a solid company with excellent customer service.

Do not buy!!!!

I purchased a G300 that I put together three days ago. Battery fully charged. I started riding it and in died 10 seconds in.. I kid you not 10 seconds. Battery is still fully charged everything plugged in and it won’t start. I can’t get anyone to reply to help me so I have an expensive paper weight sitting in my garage. They sent initial instructions on what to check. I sent pictures and they said they couldn’t view it to send in a google drive. I don’t have that and I’d need to purchase. So it’s been a week of that bike sitting in my garage for $2,450. Updates: after taking pictures and having to do all the leg work they determined it was the controller. They have now sent me two controllers that do not belong to that e-bike. Slow to respond at this point I am filing a fraud charge with my credit card company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

G70 BIKE ARRIVED WITH A BROKEN BATTERY CONVERTER SWITCH. REPORT IT TO HAPPYRUN.. DIRECTLY AND THROUGH AMAZON 3 WEEKS AGO. STILL THEY HAVENT FIX IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.NEVER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AVAILABLE HOW CONVENIENT!!! I GUESS THEY DONT WANT TO HEAR THE CUSTOMERS YELLING AT THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. U CAN ONLY REACH THEM VIA EMAIL.. WHICH COULD TAKES THEM SEVERAL DAYS TO GET BACK TO YOU.. THEN THEY WANT U TO MAKE A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE TO SHOW THEM MY BIKE ISSUE!!! OUTRAGEOUS.. THIS TOOK ALREADY 3 WEEKS.. AND THIS BIKE IS BRAND NEW STILL WITHIN WARRANTY!!!!.. THEN THEY OFFER TO SEND THE PART..CAN U BELIEVE THEY TOLD ME TO DO THE WORK ....TO INSTALL THE BATTERY CONVERTER!!!!!!!!!! WHY SHOULD I DO THE WORK... ???? U SEND ME A DEFECTIVE PART!!!!.. NOW THEY TELLING ME THE PART WONT ARRIVE TO ME FOR ANOTHER 30 TO 45 DAY. !!!! THEY HAVE THE NERVES TO OFFER ME 50 BUCKS FOR ALL THIS TIME WASTED..21 DAY PLUS ANOTHER 30 TO 45 DAYS.. THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT ME ANOTHER BIKE FOR THIS SUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I have had my G70 since July 10 waiting to Ride

I have had my G70 since July 10, 2025 and still cannot ride it. They do not answer their phone. I have left at least a dozen msg's. I have sent email, IM messages - everything I can think of. They respond in the middle of the night. Some of them are nice and some are rude. The good reviews on this site I think are fake. They make you send videos to prove everything and then they still do not send the parts. I am waiting for a Left pedal which was machined incorrectly. They sent me a USPS tracking number but it has never has actually been sent - they are "Checking" on it. One minute they say it is coming from the US warehouse and next from the overseas warehouse.... I cannot ride my bike without a pedal. Super frustrating. Customer service is lacking big time. I was super excited about this bike but now - customer care is ruining it.

I ordered my E-Bike on 4-27-25

I ordered my E-Bike on 4-27-25, and it arrived on 5-1-25, good delivery time. I could give Happyrun a 4 Star for the 2025 NEW HappyRun G70 2000W Dual Battery Fast Electric Cargo Bike. It runs great! The 3 star is for the not so great customer support. I use the chat feature on HappyRuns website. I leave a message USA during the day and they will respond around 2 am my time, every time. So yes they are overseas.Let me be clear, I Love the bike, the power, the distance. Able to ride in the bike lane and pass all bumper-to-bumper traffic. Thanks to dual batteries I can go a long way.Con: The seat is not adjustable, so if you need to use pedal assist. You're too low. I am 5-10 and my knees are at the same level as the seat. Peddling up a steep climb is a total pain!! However, if you just use pedal assist on a normal level road, it is not as bad, yet it could still use an adjustable seat. The pedal assist works very well, and you really pick up speed fast! It can help you stretch out battery life.Recap: Love the bike! Hate the pedal assist, and customer support is not that great.... Please read the One-Star Reviews to see what I mean.E-Bikes! Have Fun, be Safe!!

terrible customer service

terrible customer service, trying to order a replacement part and they don't ever reply. Nothing universal fits so now I have a useless bike

Bullshit

I bought one of the bikes from them and while I was riding a piece of my ebike came off so I called to get it replaced. Its been 2 weeks no call back or any way to attempt to do right by me. Horrible customer service and a horrible product if things break that easy.
