Extremely poor customer service

Avoid ordering from this company! I purchased eight dining chairs, but two arrived with incorrect bases, making assembly impossible. I've been trying to get a response for three weeks, but they only reply once a week without resolution. It's incredibly stressful, and I'm considering driving to their store for a refund. This has been the worst service experience I've had.

Terrible experience and still waiting for refund

I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I'm still waiting for a refund of over £500 a month after collection. All my emails have been ignored, and there's no phone number for support. I also reached out on social media with no response. It feels like a scam. The initial delivery was also problematic.

Disappointing quality and service

I bought some expensive chairs, but one arrived missing a chrome covering, and two had faulty fabric. I contacted support multiple times for a replacement and a partial refund, but the responses were lacking. The replacement leg they sent was damaged, and I’m still waiting for the refund after numerous follow-ups. Frustrating experience overall.
