They said they would send me a brochure explaining the plan. Nothing. I called and they said again and yet another week has gone by. I am cancelling and asking for a refund. We'll see how that goes.
Not great. Initially it was fine. But I wanted to cancel after reading the reviews. The first representative hung up on me. I called back to cancel and they canceled but wouldn’t return my money. The representatives were very rude. I wouldn’t receive them to anyone.

He dismissed my concerns by saying 'whatever' and suggested I 'look elsewhere' after quoting me $79.99 but charging nearly $100 due to 'taxes'.
I haven’t even become a customer yet, and the customer service has been disappointing! Initially, I requested a quote and only received a list of what's covered, lacking any details. When I tried to ask for more information about the warranty and the plans available, I was met with sales pitches instead! It was clear I was being sold to, not informed. They disconnected the call twice when they realized I was seeking genuine information. I’m not concerned about the cost; I just wanted reassurance, but from the reviews, it feels like a gamble.
When it was time to make a claim, they became evasive. I experienced a problem with a fuel injector, and the adjustor referenced a service bulletin about chafed wiring. My mechanic contacted them to clarify that this was inaccurate, but they maintained their position to cut costs. It feels like a complete scam. I hope they face consequences so that others don’t fall victim.
I talked to one person and was on the fence. Said I would call back,just wanted to sure it wasn't a scam. Then I get a call from someone I talked to a couple of months ago and he made me feel the I did him wrong for not calling him. I didn't know it was the same company. I bought anyway, because I really needed the coverage.
