Disappointed with the handling of my delivery issue

I initially had hope that my issue would be resolved, but it has now been over a week. My parcel was left in a communal area, exposed to a busy street and delivered to the wrong building entirely, as indicated on the delivery notification I received. After being asked to fill out a form, which was quite challenging on my phone, I was told this was a necessary step. I got an email stating my order was delivered and handed to someone, accompanied by 'proof' photos that weren't even taken in the right country. Since then, I haven't heard anything after addressing this issue. The item was a £270 perfume meant as a special Christmas gift, and I simply cannot afford to not receive a refund.

The team went above and beyond to help me

The team I interacted with took the time to step away from their tasks to assist me, even though I was only looking for a low-cost item. I found their approach to be very respectful and thoughtful. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone, as it offers something for every budget along with great value and quality.

Disappointing experience throughout

Disappointing experience throughout. Clearly not aligned with the values originally set up, that’s for sure. What a shame to share the rich history with my son only to be let down. I traveled to London to see an item that was unavailable, and they didn’t even have a sample. I decided to abandon that pursuit. I ordered another item which arrived damaged due to poor packing; it was clear it wouldn't survive the journey given the lack of care taken. I had hoped to purchase something else, but now I've lost all trust in their ability to handle their products.

Wonderful experience

My skin and makeup needs were thoroughly listened to, and I was provided with suitable products to try. A lovely representative helped me throughout, making me feel comfortable. I even spent the minimum amount to spin the wheel and won 10,000 points on my rewards card! I explored various brands offered as well!

Avoid shipping with this service

I arranged for a business gift for a company in the Middle East and paid $30 in shipping fees online, thinking that would be the end of it. Soon after, I was inundated with emails from the delivery service, demanding an additional $20 in customs fees. I chose this service believing they were experienced with international shipments, and I expected accurate delivery charges at the time of the order. I’m also concerned about my details being shared with the carrier. There was no clear indication that extra customs fees could arise or that I would be dealing directly with the carrier instead of the company. Initially, I thought the emails demanding extra payment were a scam. I reached out to inquire about its legitimacy and have yet to receive a response. After eventually calling, I discovered this is a common occurrence, and it was my responsibility to handle it. Naturally, I won't be using this service again for such matters.
