We recently visited from Spain to Harrods and Prada cafe for my birthday. We was Served from the lovely ( Ahmet) who recognised us from a past visit and knew exactly were we was seated he is very good at his job and made both of our experiences so lovely and enjoyable! Bal was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Her product knowledge is genuinely amazing — she knew every detail, answered all my questions confidently, and gave recommendations that were perfectly suited to me. You can tell she really understands what she’s talking about.
What went well: The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Bal made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and I felt completely confident in the advice I was given. Nothing felt rushed, and she took the time to explain everything clearly.
What could be improved: Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It was a 10/10 experience and I will 100% be going back. Highly recommend asking for Bal if you can!
I had another excellent experience at Rolex in Harrods with my friend JJ today. She is a wonderful salesperson who really understands building and maintaining relationships. She helped me find a great watch for my dad in October and she helped me with another great watch for myself today. So nice to be able to buy watches from the best brand with an elite salesperson like JJ. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ll be back to visit her at Rolex in Harrods anytime I’m in London. The shop is really hot , far too expensive and you have to queue to see some jelly cats , which , might I add are not that plentiful in variety also it's like the backrooms , are they really trying to ragebait me with walking?
I booked an champagne afternoon tea weeks ago. It was for my up and coming birthday. My husband was booking hotel and other special things.
We were looking forward to it very much. Booked days off work etc.
Yesterday I received an email telling me that I can’t attend as they now have a private event.
I was extremely shocked. I did email back but they weren’t interested. Just said they would book another day. Really.
It was for my birthday. The thought of booking another day off work etc. just scandalous.
I am really disgusted with the way I have been treated. Seems like they don’t care unless I suppose you are rich.
Today I went to Bobbi brown counter at Harrods and one of the staff members named Tasnim welcomed me to the counter so warmly with her beautiful smile. Basically, I went there to buy just one product but with her knowledge and experience she convinced me to purchase two products instead. Along with that, she gave me a goodie bag. I am extremely happy with her service, she is truly dedicated to her work. I will be going back to Bobbi brown again in a few days to buy more products.
Zoe and Sophie were amazing and knowledgeable re the products. They went above and beyond to assist and make my visit to the Charlotte Tilbury counter and event thoroughly enjoyable. Can't wait to return.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter before Christmas, but I ordered the wrong size due to the US sizing system. Now, I’m unable to return them to get a larger size. The customer service from a well-known store has been very disappointing. I'm left with a pair of shoes that my daughter can't wear, and she has no gift for Christmas.
