Purchased a beauty calendar for my wife at £250. She opened it this morning to find it was the most uninspiring and un-festive item we've ever seen. I called to express our disappointment, but they showed no interest. I won't be shopping here again.
I was assisted by Coco — Gucci Beauty at London Knightsbridge — and she made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. This was my first luxury makeup purchase, and she was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. I had a lot of fun exploring different products with her guidance.It’s a shame that my shade for the face powder wasn’t available, but I was still able to purchase other items I loved. Overall, it was the best makeup buying experience I’ve had. Thank you, Coco!
Very disappointed. I came from Manchester to London today with my boyfriend for my birthday. As I’m a big Jellycat fan, and a loyal customer I wanted to visit the Jellycat airlines in Harrods. I expected there to be a queue due to its popularity as a brand and it being a Saturday, but it was the most disorganised place Ive ever been to. Went to the 4th floor and was told you can’t enter without a ticket, I asked how we got a ticket and was given no clear answer whatsoever, we were told to go all the way back down to the ground floor and get one there. Where on the ground floor? God knows, no organisation, no signage, no clear instructions. Staff downstairs didn’t even know where we were supposed to go when I asked. So we left disappointed and upset. Won’t be going again. Went all the way to London specifically to go to Harrods. What a waste of our time and money :(
With your customer service department? Nothing went well honestly. The thing was, I was buying a jacket at Moncler, I wanted to use AliPay to waive the exchange process fee, out of an unknown reason, the transaction was shown as failed on the pos machine, but went through from my side, I received both confirmation message from my bank and the status of this transaction was shown as finished on my banking app. I was taken to the customer service department with a staff from Moncler, the two staff from customer service department, whom I don’t know their names, has shown me severe level of impatience and ignorance, the first guy did not even try to understand my situation, just kept repeating to tell me that my transaction was in a pending status, I could not persuade him to at least look at my screen for proof, so I had to ask him to get his colleague who understands Chinese. Although his colleague who came after could fully understand us, he did not show any initiative to help us work this out either, he kept telling us that we’d need to wait for 3-5 days for the refund, and if we’d want the jacket now we’ll have to make another payment. I completely understand the circumstance, but your customer service department has demonstrated no capability of resolving anything or providing any assistance at all, the two guys kept mentioning that I don’t have to buy this jacket just today even after I told them that I don’t live close and had to travel, the first guy has been chewing gum all the time when dealing with my case, he told me that there was another customer who paid 17k pounds and encountered similar issues had to wait as well, as if I was completely insignificant to them, the whole experience has been awfully frustrating and I felt severely disappointed.
We choose to buy all our fragrances from the H beauty store in Bristol, this is purely down to the customer service. Every time we visit Joseph gives us the V.I.P experience and really welcomes us, coming here is a treat to us so to feel like we have our very own personal shopper really makes the visit special. Joseph is knowledgeable, polite and not pushy a real credit to H Beauty.
