This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with an online platform. The support team is unresponsive, and I received a tracking number that is clearly fake, labeled as "TEST" on the carrier's site. I've waited two months for updates on my order, despite everything being in stock and promised for immediate shipping. They also do not answer phone calls.

Awful customer care experience. There are no responses to emails or phone calls. My order arrived missing parts, and there has been no communication from the company about how they intend to address the issue or if they are even aware of it.
I've had a terrible experience with the company. There is no customer service at all, and emails go unanswered. It seems to be a widespread issue. Given the high value of the items, their lack of professionalism is alarming. There’s no information regarding when I can expect my items, even though they have already taken my payment.
