I placed my order on November 8, and the shipping label was only created on December 1, 2025, but UPS never received the package. I called several times and left multiple voice messages, but received no response. I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase.
The worst company ever. They are scammers !! I bought a $1500 suit that was delivered late and when I attempted to cancel or request a refund nobody returned my calls or responded to my emails ! Do not buy from them they will steal your money and the suit was definitely not worth more than $400
AVOID AT ALL COSTSJune 2025. Ordering a suit for my wedding (beginning of October 2025)…standard classy, black suit - when it arrived, not only was the suit size way off (too small) from what I had been directed by a tailor but the material was lackluster. Nothing like what the website or social media portrays. So I initiated an exchange for a suit of higher cost (because refunds are apparently not possible). Then an entire month has gone by, just in the replacement and ordering of the new suit. Order placed 7/2/2025 - several weeks go by before receiving delivery. I ordered a size up in the jacket (46) and was never told that the fit would be different from the size I had previously tried, prior to the purchase, even though I had communicated that the previous size was too small. The jacket I received fit tighter than the size 44 I had already returned. On top of that, I was told I would need to take it to a tailor, but the issue was with the structure of the shoulders—not something a tailor can fix with little extra fabric. The point to point sizing was off by nearing 3 inches. Not. Even. Close. This should have been considered by the team before selling it.On top of that, after confirming my shoe size, I was told the jacket and shoes would ship together that same day. Instead, I later found out (without any communication upfront) that the shoes that I had purchased were actually sold, now that size is out of stock and the inventory was wrong. I was sold a pair of shoes that weren’t even available, and only after asking did I find out that the manufacturer is closed until mid-September. My wedding is the first week of October this year, which makes this delay unacceptable.I chose Sebastian Cruz because of the reputation they present online, but this experience has felt closer to Mens Wearhouse-level service. Communication and accountability have been poor, and the situation has been extremely frustrating.Now, still receiving no communication to dozens of texts, emails and calls regarding a status update on the corrected jacket size or the shoes, with two weeks until my wedding AND once received (IF RECEIVED) I will still have to find a tailor to taper and fit the suit appropriately with basically no notice. Horrible customer service. Will never get back to you. In an email chain with 3 reps from the company and still can’t get a response from any.

Sent wrong item and werent willing to send the item actually ordered (false advertisement). Colors on items not as advertised. 7 day return policy is a joke especially when your items show up weeks apart. They need to be mindful people buy thier products for thier wedding and they should want to work with you a little.
