I highly recommend Home Buyer Surveying Ltd following my recent use of their services. They were able to conduct a RICS valuation on my property at very short notice, which saved me an immense amount of trouble as I was on extremely tight deadlines. In addition to this, when my timelines were held up and I required an extension for the valuation, they were able to supply the extension within the same afternoon in which I requested it (not to mention they weren't even working on the day in question!), which again saved me from untold difficulties. They have great communication and responsiveness; the whole process was painless from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant team. They have provided 2 valuation reports for me for my Help to Buy scheme. The first time my chain fell through so my house wasn't sold. I didn't hesitate to go back to the theam this second time around. Again they fitted me in as quickly as they could, always so helpful, supportive and accomodating and super friendly!
