We had both a Help to Buy valuation on our existing property & a Level 3 survey on the new property & everyone involved were fantastic. Really friendly & prompt service/responses & thorough report with multiple phone calls to discuss the issues found. All for a reasonable price & generally cheaper than the other quotes we received. We would definitely use them again
Liz was a joy to deal with. Prior to the survey, info requests were clear, then followed up so as to ensure issued info was all understood. Liz arrived on time, very polite throughout the appointment & the report arrived as promised a day later. I will 100% be using Homer Buyer Survey LTD in the future & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone I know.
