Last year, I purchased six Red Robin trees from H&C Trees and was extremely impressed with both the quality of the trees and the level of service. They were more than happy to answer all my questions about planting and maintenance. The trees arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged, and exactly as described. Over the past year, they’ve grown beautifully and remain healthy and vibrant. Due to the exceptional quality and service, I recently ordered six Portuguese Laurels and am excited to see them thrive. I highly recommend H&C Trees for their reliable products and outstanding customer support.
I'm very pleased with the service Max and Sam have provided. I ordered 7 Photinia trees to help improve privacy in my back garden. There was a last minute delay to my order but Max explained that the trees they'd been supplied with didn't meet the high standard they set. I'm fine with this as I'd rather wait a little longer for a quality order rather than receiving sub standard products. My order arrived approx a week later.I am very happy with the trees supplied. Given time I'm hoping they will fill out to provide the cover I require.The only improvement to the service would be to provide a slightly more accurate delivery time - maybe a two hour slot, rather than just a day. Nevertheless I am delighted with the product and would happily shop with H&C Trees again.
Dealing with H & C Trees particularly with Max who helped me choose the type of trees and the number I required was very easy due to the knowledge and professionalism of himself. The 9 x Red Robin trees were 140cm to 160cm clear stem 2m to 2.25m full height.The installation went ahead and Sam was very tidy and kept me informed of what he was doing and where he was placing them for me to agree. When all was completed he gave me loads of information on how to look after them. He left site very tidy and clean. I am now in the process of ordering 10 more and the same specifications. The trees look amazing seeing they were only planted in November and survived some extreme temperatures this winter. Very highly recommend H & C Trees Limited
