Purchased from H&C Trees on a couple of occasions recently and both times have received quality plants, as described, delivered on time and also very kindly (as I have a broken wrist) placed in situ to where I was planting them at the bottom of the garden. Would highly recommend.
Pleaches trees are in very good health and H&C Trees continually kept in touch with regard to the delivery. The driver was happy to place the tress where we wanted them. Looking at the trees the cost is not high considering the many years to grow them

I ordered a Photinia × fraseri ‘Red Robin’ 3/4 Standard (Lollipop), 14–16 cm girth.Max, the owner, kept me well informed throughout the process. Once the order was processed, communication was clear and timely. On the day of delivery, Sam contacted me to let me know the tree would be delivered in the afternoon.When the tree arrived, it was well-established and of outstanding quality. Just recieved my pleached red robins from Max. He delivered them to the back garden, gave me advice on some other trees I had planted and generally very nice. The trees are very health, have excellent foliage cover and were significantly cheaper than the other ones I bought elsewhere. I would highly recommend H&C both for the quality of their trees and their customer service.

The entire pre-sales process was very simple and efficient. We requested for delivery and planting- this was organised by the team for the same day to minimise disruption. On the delivery and planting day the team arrived and worked incredibly efficiently causing minimal disruption. We were very impressed with the professional approach and expertise. I purchased one too many trees based on their professional judgement and they were happy to return one of the trees and adjust the invoice accordingly. We were very happy with the quality of the work, overall result and sales process as a whole.
