I placed a rather large order of just under £2k but had a huge mix up with my wife who placed the same order with someone else. I didnt actually realise until the order my wife placed turned up on my front door. As you can imagine, this was very stressful. I immediately called up H&C praying my order could be cancelled and it was thankfully very straightforward with prompt communication and action. So although I didnt end up purchasing the trees, I am thankful for the excellent customer service. For that alone, I will ensure I make future purchases with H&C. Thanks Max!
