I found Max to be very helpful and honest. I requested 3 Ligustrum Trees and some other laurels and red robins. The first batch of Ligustrums ordered were not so good, which I relayed to Max. Max kindly agreed to replace them free of charge. The second batch of Ligustrums were a lot nicer and I was impressed he wanted to go that extra distance for his customers. Would thoroughly recommend H and C Trees and will be using them again for my future projects. Good company with good values.
We had 12 pleached red robin trees delivered from H&C Trees. They look lovely and are in good condition. There was a mix up on the delivery date but this was sorted and we were very happy with the trees, in fact we’ve ordered some more.
The H & C Trees team supply great quality specimen plants at competitive prices. Plants arrive looking healthy and well cared for at the nursery and during transit. Delivery cost is very reasonable and takes the stress out of getting plants home or to site without damage. Good communication throughout the ordering process. Once opened up and planted they make an instant impact in any garden project. Very highly recommended supplier.
Just taken delivery of 5 more English Cherry Laurels. This is the 3rd time we have purchased trees/hedging in the last 15 months from these guys.They have nailed it with pricing, customer service and above all TOP QUALITY - no question is too much for Max.If you are still reading and on the search for anything green for the garden, stop! You've found the place.
I’m actually one very happy customer. Max and his team came down to plant our 14 trees. All very well done. For whatever reasons some were leaning a little after a couple of months. I contacted max expecting no response but he called back immediately and arranged to come down again the following day to fix them, at no extra cost! Shocked was an understatement. What an ethical and responsible trader. I felt bad that he had to come down just to fix them and I offered him a small sum for his lunch. He was so graciously surprised and was very happy at my little gesture :) Highly highly recommended. Of course the trees are of top top quality, at very reasonable prices. Thank you Max.
