I found HD surveys via a Google search, read the reviews and asked them to conduct a survey on a property I had put an offer on.From booking the level 3 survey, the survey was conducted within the week then the report arrived within 5 working days.A very detailed and comprehensive report, with many photographs attached. All I can say is, I would highly recommend HD surveys, I will be using them again in the next couple of weeks.Due to all the issues identified from the level 3 survey, I decided not to proceed with the sale.I will be in touch shortly to book a survey for another house I have had an offer accepted on.
I was very happy with my service that I received. They kept me up to date with everything going on and gave me a call after the survey to talk me through their findings before sending me the full report which was super helpful. The survey they provided is clear with helpful photos, highlighting any issue found for easy identification.
Having made the decision to install a digital aerial to my lounge television and to have a television in my bedroom, a contacted HDS a week ago and a visit was arranged for Saturday 22nd March. Yesterday HDS informed me an aerial fitter was in my area.Jake called me before arriving to pace out the work I wanted done. A plan was drawn up and after receiving and accepting a quote, Jake carried out the installation with an absolute minimum of disturbance.A great job, a polite and professional tradesman.
Fantastic service from start to finish - I had arranged a level 3 survey for an old 1930's house I and my wife are looking to buy and I was really impressed by the surveyor on the thoroughness of the report and his observations. I also found that cost wise, HDS are very reasonable! I must've spoken to at least 5-7 different providers with a range of prices and HDS were definitely the most competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.
Great service from start to finish, we were kept informed throughout the process. We were asked at the outset whether we had any specific concerns or context as to renovation plans in order to ensure they were addressed specifically in the report. Our surveyor called us after his visit to the property to talk us through everything in advance of us receiving the report through a couple of days later, we found this really informative, would recommend!
Great Service and Great Price. The surveyor called me on the day (post survey) to let me know his findings which was really helpful. This call not only confirmed the areas that I was aware needed attention but also a couple I had not noticed. He also gave me the reassurance I needed that other than the repairs already noted and advised there was nothing structural that was of major concern. The full RCIS Level 2 Survey arrived a few days later which provided the full information I needed giving me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. I would without doubt use Housing Disrepair Surveys Ltd again if the need arises.
