I recently used HD Surveys for a level 2 home survey. They have been brilliant from start to finish. The booking part was very simple and the office staff (Michelle) I spoke to a couple of times was incredibly helpful with a few queries that I had. William carried out the survey and a day after the survey he called me to provide a summary of key points. The team did a great job with my Level 2 Home Survey. The survey couldn’t happen on the first date because the sellers weren’t available but the team followed up and arranged a new date quickly without any problems.I want to give a special thanks to Michelle who was very kind and helpful every time I called.
