I would have given them six stars if I could. I dropped into the store to look at a bandsaw, asked a member of staff walking through a question, and he ended up spending an hour with me explaining and demonstrating the saws capabilities. Thanks Charlie.
I ordered the saw the following week and had a minor issue with the table. To cut a long story short I ended up taking the table into the Charnwood 'store' by arrangement and Andy spend 2 full hours sorting it so it was exactly as I would like it. Thank you.
In my experience good customer is engrained into the Charnwood Machinery organisation, they certainly set a very high bar some of their competitors get nowhere near. WELL DONE and THANK YOU.
