Website has been shut down. Obviously some sort of scam. Have asked for a refund but no reply. When my package finally arrived half of it is missing. As for the castor oil…. I dread to think what it actually is as castor oil is not meant to smell like lemons or be fluorescent yellow. DO NOT RISK putting this on your body!!
I really should have reviewed this company sooner. I found them on Facebook, but now I can’t even leave a proper review there—convenient, right?First of all, it took over a month to receive my order. And when it finally arrived, key items that were clearly listed—like the thyroid kit—were missing. I messaged them on Facebook… no response. Emailed them… still nothing. Yet, they’re still actively posting on Facebook as if everything’s fine. How is that even allowed?
I would give 0 stars if I could. My order had two packages, one of which had 4 bonus items. I even paid for priority shipping insurance and my first package came 2 and half weeks after I made my order. The second package with the 4 bonus items never arrived. I emailed customer support and they said they would check on it. Now their website is completely shut down and of course there is no customer service phone number so... good luck getting a refund when they guarantee 30 day free trial. COMPLETE SCAM! Makes me wonder what's in the castor oil bottles.
Would like to give it zero this is not castor oil. i have bought oil from other sources that is genuine. This is like washing up liquid in water. No cotton in the pad just made of synthetic material. Have raised a dispute and now they are refuting it. I emailed the retailer at the time and heard nothing back as soon as I raised a dispute they emailed me. It is a scam buyer beware!
I ordered a Health Pack which consists of organic castor oil and belt used for liver detox. With added bonus gifts of 4 extra items. £40. The order arrived minus the bonus pack. After many messages they agreed to send it out. 5 days later I asked when I should expect to receive it and was told they had cancelled because there was no 'paid' item in and I would need to re order to get the bonus gift. So overcharged and misleading advertising. Basically Thieves and Scammers.
No stars preferably. I ordered a pack from them that was supposed to include 1 compress, 1 bottle of organic castor oil, instructions and a free gift. £29. They sent 2 flimsy and horrible compresses and nothing else. I have repeatedly tried to get a refund, but they are not replying to any of my emails. Total scam.
