Progress with Some Challenges

I see that the service is improving after a rough beginning, and I acknowledge the many positive reviews. However, the management of my e-scripts has complicated what used to be a smooth process, making it nearly impossible to adjust through the app. Isn't there a way to choose whether to manage scripts? It was quite embarrassing at the pharmacy today, and I'm not pleased with this situation.

Dissatisfaction with Script Management

I acknowledge that the service is progressing from a challenging start and I see the many positive reviews, but the management of my e-scripts is complicating a previously smooth process. Changing this through the app seems nearly impossible. Can't users opt in or out of script management? It was quite embarrassing at the pharmacy today, and I'm not happy about it.

I am completely dissatisfied with my interactions with the doctors through the platform, especially after spending a significant amount of money with no results. I received just advice without any repeat scripts or medical opinions, leading to stress and a sense of hopelessness.

Issues with Patient Management

If you have too many patients and overloaded waiting rooms, consider this service and many will be forced to seek alternatives due to numerous bugs. These include issues with credit card processing, lost appointments, and double-booking. There seems to be no time left for answering calls, resulting in fewer manageable appointments.
