While the beginner printer is good, I can't say the same for the software. After installing it on my music production device, it has been freezing frequently. Before the installation, my device operated smoothly, but now it freezes almost every 10 minutes. Even after uninstalling the software, I still face issues, and I'm considering getting a dedicated machine. I'm frustrated at the thought of reinstalling everything from scratch.
I strongly advise against purchasing this machine. I bought a kit during a promotional event and received some extras. Unfortunately, the printer failed on its first print, which was supposed to be automatic. Customer service has been unhelpful, insisting I attempt repairs myself on a new product. It's been a week since I requested return instructions, and I feel ignored. I no longer want this product or to engage with the company. I just want my refund for this expensive paperweight.
On the plus side, I received my printer. However, I had to buy from a reseller due to the company's long lead times. I had issues with both units I purchased, one of which was deemed normal by support despite its loud operation. The second unit has quality issues that I'm trying to get resolved, but responses have been slow. Overall, it has been frustrating, and I feel misled by the company's advertising.

I ordered replacement parts marked as '3-5 business days preparation time' on 8/12/2025, which I needed for Christmas gifts with Express Delivery. The parts shipped on 23/12/2025 and arrived on 24/12/2025. While it might be understandable due to holiday orders, there should be a way to expedite the process or at least provide upfront feedback about additional preparation time.
I'm conflicted about my experience. I was in chat support, and it took longer to connect than expected. Initially, it showed a wait time of 28 minutes, but I had to wait longer. The representative did help with my issue (temperature drop between layers), but I'm still waiting for a response from the forum admins regarding my ban. While I was satisfied with the support person (4 stars), the overall situation has left me unhappy (1 star).
