I’ve blocked the card, now I have to go through all the drama of cancelling the card. The ad said Australian made, this company is American. Why can they falsely advertise like this

Didnt lose any weight

Didnt lose any weight, can't get hold of anyone for a refund. They were suppose to be $34.95, they took $50.00 out of my account. There was not a $15.00 postage that I could see. I wont be buying again. A waste of my money.

Lonqi patches ordered. They were shipped on March 23rd 2026. They haven’t moved since then. The company doesn’t help in facilitating the shipping process and refuses to refund my money. Today is April 14th. Still no help. I would not trust this company. Don’t purchase from them.
