Review Time
Since I have opened the account and got the card, I am unable to use it. Some how it is not activated. I tried to find a number to phone the customer service, it was with great difficulty I found a number. When I tried that number, after going through option I ended up talking to a voice message which said leave your number and some one will be touch, nobody ever called back. Then through website I emailed customer service and I got a reply that that someone will reply back within 5 working days. Almost 6 weeks have passed, never got any reply! So, in conclusion it is a very poorly run service. My card and additional card somehow cannot be used in any store. I put in £55 in my account which are stuck there and I cannot contact anybody to resolve this issue. What a hopeless card and helpless situation! I hope someone will get in touch after reading this review for help, my last hope!!
Unfortunately I have not received an answer to a few emails I have sent you as I have bern unable to log in correctly to my account for nearly a month now. Perhaps someone could please help this OAP whose IT knowledge is quite limited thank you
