This joke of a "company" is a complete and total SCAM!
Received order "shipped" email, but no tracking number was provided and searching with the order number just zooms to my address and says "Ready" (Ready for what exactly?! Collection? Okay, tell me where the frick to collect from.
Of course attempts to contact "support" go unanswered. I'm going to be filing a chargeback with my bank so avoid the hassle DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

I ordered on August 3rd, and received a notification my shipment has been shipped. I waited for any updates from a carrier, yet nothing came. Emailed the company about the occurrences, and they sent out a new update stating “Order has been processed from shipper” and again, no updates. I emailed them continuously stating I wanted a refund, and have been ignored on their part, “It has been shipped, look out for updates” nope. No updates, not even an update from a carrier, or from their part. The new carrier link they sent even was a fake!! not a real carrier, just a fake website with a fake link, including the code for my “order number” . I recommend don’t put yourself into it!! It’s August 21st, i’ve been ignored and haven’t seen any updates from any carrier or the company!
SCAMI placed my order 6th of December and emailed 5 day as after due to a lack of delivery between the promised 5-7 days. I got a prompt response and did recieve my product however this is a SCAM. The wallet has a terrible mechanism the leather was nice but already worn, the packaging is really subpar. And upon purchase of the smart card to track the wallet it came without a charger and it is wireless.Luxury it is not.
This company is an absolute joke! I would recommend anyone thinking of purchasing anything from here to strongly reconsider! I ordered from their website on the 26th Oct with the promise of receiving my delivery within 5-7 working days. My order was not even processed until 6 days later and I have been emailing them constantly! They didn't provide me with a tracking number for my shipment and when I emailed them they casually said I would receive my goods soon & gave me a tracking number - 6 days after me placing my initial order! I said this was not good enough and they didn't reply. In fact I have emailed them a further 9 times as I decided I no longer want to wait for the goods and wanted a refund and I have been ignored... for 20 days! I still have not received my order & they are not responding to my emails either. I honestly believe this is the worst customer service I have received ever and I urge anyone thinking of purchasing anything from walletaces to try a competitor because you will most likely experience the same poor level of service I have! Absolutely shocking they are not acknowledging my request for a refund so I have had to cancel the transaction with my bank in the end!
