Too many high cost items

Too many high cost, niche and expensive items. Not enough of the everyday stuff that most of us working NHS staff can actually afford. Things like 20% off a box of wine that are double or triple what I would normally pay for wine in the supermarket is pointless. Most band 5/6/7 nurses don't buy £20 bottles on a regular basis or designer label clothes straight from the designer, a lot of the shops/brands I haven't even heard of but then I don't live in a city. I find it a bit out of touch for the cost of living and the audience.
