I have been a regular customer with La Redoute for many years praising its quality & delivery process however with my last order 2 skirts were rolled up & tied with low quality moulting string & a lightweight crepe jacket was so creased it was not practical to iron so I have been using a dehumidifier for a week & creases are slowly going. Now I don’t feel like ordering from them again as after providing my review they responded that they would not be submitting my review!

I’ve been buying from La Redoute for my son since he was born and he’s now 4 years old, so I’ve had plenty of experience with their clothes over the years.

The quality has always been really good and the styles stay in line with current trends, so he looks smart without the clothes feeling over-designed or uncomfortable for a child. There also seems to be a sale running quite often, which makes it even better value.

Delivery is usually quick, considering the items come from France, and I’ve found returns straightforward. The only downside is the return postage fee, but the process itself is simple and hassle-free.

Overall, a reliable place for well-made children’s clothing that I’ve consistently come back to.

The whole order process was fine, however the returns process not so good as I’ve had my return collected after arranging through the app and nothing else confirmed and the Evri driver stated they don’t provide any cards as all digital now. Other companies ive done this with end up profidikg s returns number or details once collected.

Ive sent an email and it’s been 5 days and not even an auto reply to say they’ve got it. Hopefully get this sorted.

Item was delivered damaged. Started the process to have the item collected for a return. Collection was meant to happen within 2 days, after staying home for 2 days evri turned up on the 3rd day. I asked for a confirmation receipt of Collection to be told that they no longer have paper receipts and an email would be sent. ( I have the footage of this conversation) I am still awaiting email confirmation. There is no note on my account the return is in process. Customer service doesn't exist as I was on hold for 30mims. On two occasions.
So leaves me wondering what the out come is going to be. Next step is contacting my payment method.

Bright and Functional Cotton Throw

This vibrant cotton throw serves as a great protective cover for our bed when the dog jumps on it. It fits well on our king size bed and is very lightly quilted, which is just what I wanted since I needed something that could easily go into the washing machine. I'm satisfied with the raspberry color, which has a slight orange tint rather than pink, and being cotton, it doesn't attract dog hair like the previous wool cover did. I think it's worth the sale price, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. There was a delay in dispatch, so the delivery took over a week, which was a bit frustrating, but the communication was good and I was kept updated on the progress.

Excellent product, but customer service is lacking.

The product is excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I returned a set of bed sheets and have emailed twice regarding my refund without receiving a response. It has been 6 weeks. UPDATE - I called the customer service (be ready for a long wait) and was able to get my refund processed. The representative was very helpful, and the money has been credited. However, it took 6 weeks, which is disappointing considering the quality of their product.

Disappointing Experience with Delayed Order

I ordered an artificial plant to stage a house sale, expecting delivery within 7 to 10 days. However, after 12 days, there was still no sign of it. I reached out via email twice with no response, then tried social media and finally received a reply instructing me to email again. Today, I received a call stating that my order was lost. This has been a frustrating experience, and I am now waiting for my refund to be processed. The communication was poor, and the overall professionalism was lacking.
