Nobody to contact when a discount offer does not work. I completed all of the order instructions and ordered through the affiliate website, following a link. While adding items to the basket the discounted price was shown, however after checking out I realised I had been charged full price for the order, nearly £400 and no 5% discount. I then contacted the retailer who knew nothing of the discount and advised I contact Health Service Discounts, I have tried via social media and no response after a week, then managed to find an email address, but this was returned as the recipient cannot accept emails. No contact number for support, not very good at all.
