I've been ordering from them since the fall of 2021. There is nothing like getting your coffee straight from the roaster. Wife and I used to love to go out for coffee, until we started with this company. To the extent that we might still do so, we always agree that outside coffee is not as good as what I make at home. I even bought a bag of coffee from one of the coffee houses we still like, to give the other brand a chance to compete. Hands down, patriotdepot is the best.
I am awarding 5 Stars to Patriot Depot because they reversed a challenging order experience in November 2025 into a remarkable save.
I have been a longtime customer with Patriot Depot, with a past of reliable, on time order delivery. When the Charlie Kirk tragedy happened September 10th, I ordered two tee shirts for the October Birthday and Memorial for my husband and myself.
I sent several email shipping status inquiries, without obtaining response, in late September but I also could see the magnitude of US (and World) response to Charlie’s untimely death.
Given massive turnouts at Turning Point USA HQ and numerous Campus Events across the US, I knew Patriot Depot had to be completely inundated and overwhelmed by orders, manufacturing, shipping.
I was disappointed I did not have the tee shirts for October 10th, but as a devoted supporter of Charlie Kirk understood the magnitude associated with unanticipated product demand.
I continued the outreach and made contact early November with amazing staff communication in Patriot Depot’s Customer Service.
When I received the two red Memorial TShirts mid November, I ordered several new Tshirts (one was a white FREEDOM Charlie Kirk tee) from Patriot Depot for my husband for Christmas. These high quality shirts arrived in a timely manner well in front of the Holiday.
The high quality service was very professional and restored the trust I have always had in Patriot Depot’s integrity.
The Charlie Kirk Tee Shirt delay was a one time anomaly I hope patrons of Patriot Depot can understand and forgive. It is an excellent Company.
