In mid-January 2024, I purchased a heavy-duty handle and lever to replace my old tank lever, which had deteriorated. A professional plumber installed it for $50. After just a few days, the lever began to squeak when pressed. I contacted customer service to ask if it required lubrication, but they said no, leaving me with the noise. I feel compelled to replace it with a higher-quality lever. Overall, I find this lever to be subpar and would not recommend it.
