In the begining there was no communication of any kind. After i cancelled payment someone finally reached out. They returned my money promptly. I received the product, but I am not able to get the small ear ends onto the unit that will fit my ears. It is frustrating. They did honor their money back gaurantee. If you are willing to wait and are willing to go on a malicious website, then try this product. In the end they were professionals.
purchased hearing aid Oct. 2025 16 days still not arrived. web page that i checked before purchase no longer up . its obvious its was a scam. 50% off should have scared me away. Never buy anything off Facebook they do not check these companies out. I notice there are four more hearing aid companies on there. Beware.
I purchased hearing devices from hearingdirectclub in October unfortunately they were not suitable for my type of hearing loss. After numerous attempts to return them. They kept telling me that they would send a mailing label. After some research I discovered that the address on their web site is a residential apartment building they do not provide a unit number. I would recommend that you save your hard earned dollars and stay away from them.
Can't give a rating lower than 1 star, absolute rubbish and scamming con artists. Avoid this lot. 2 months to get a refund for goods not as described or fit for use. Save your money, if you unfortunately dealt with this mob, go through your payment method to try and get your money back, fortunately my credit card worked expediently in my favour after 2 months of getting crap emails from this lot. Buyer Beware.
