Just want to say thank you very much for everything. The lady who helped me with my return was very nice. The hearing aids weren't a good and she made the return process easy.
My hearing aids whistled as well at first but I contacted their customer service and she explained I wasn't inserting them deep enough in the ear. Once I got the fit right the screech completely stopped and the sound quality is actually great for conversation. I didn;t have to use the return policy obviously but the shipping was fast as got them in about 3 days. My advice is read the instructions on the fit before you give up on them. For under $200 you cant beat it compared to the $4k ones my doctor tried to sell me. Very happy customer.
I ordered these while on vacation and I tried them and they are horrible. They don’t fit my ears properly. I’ve been sending emails. No one has responded. I don’t know the return policy. I just know they said that it had 100 day moneyback guarantee. You called the phone number and it just disconnects you.

This service is completely unacceptable. The hearing aids are so bulky that I can't use a phone as they stick out too much from my ears. It's not user-friendly at all to adjust the volume or to turn them on and off. I decided to return them for a refund... what a complete joke. All communication seems to be handled by automated systems. It's been over five weeks, and I'm still waiting for a refund, which seems unlikely to arrive. The contradictions in the emails and the dishonesty are astonishing. I regret not researching more before ordering online. I will never buy anything again that is advertised on social media. Absolutely appalling. AVOID THIS SERVICE!!!

I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but they claim they sent the item and that I owe money. They ignored my return emails and the tracking confirmation. This service is quite untrustworthy... I strongly recommend against purchasing from them.

They sent a return label and acknowledged receipt of the aids, promising to inform me when the return was processed and the refund issued. It's been two weeks with no updates, and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I plan to give them a few more days before disputing the original charge with my credit card company.
