This seller disregards their return policy. I tried an aid for a short time but found it unsuitable. I ordered on September 30 and requested a return authorization on October 28, which was acknowledged via email. However, I still haven't received the return label after numerous emails. This service feels like a scam. Do not buy from them.
Delivery took about 9 days, but they have been fantastic for me. My only minor issue was that the left aid took some time to fit correctly in my ear at first. Once I figured out the angle, it has been great. Overall, it works really well, and the price makes it a no-brainer. I give it 5 stars.
I’m very satisfied with these. They’re discreet, easy to use, and I've noticed a significant improvement in conversations. Voices sound clearer, and background noise is effectively minimized for my needs. They outperform other brands I've tried.
I ordered to test the product, but it was ineffective for me. They claim to have a 100-day return policy, so I requested a return and refund. They provided a shipping label and a Return Authorization Number. I returned the item with tracking, and it shows they received it, yet they refuse to refund me. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but they argue that they sent the item and that I still owe money. They ignored my return emails and the tracking info confirming receipt. This service is highly untrustworthy... I definitely do not recommend buying from them.
I bought hearing aids knowing I could return them within 100 days, but they didn't work for me. Since I initiated the return process, I've received nothing but empty promises via email for over 30 days. Their phone number doesn’t connect, making it impossible to talk to anyone about my return. I’m starting to think this service is a total scam. This is so frustrating! I’m doubtful I’ll ever see my $170+ refunded, which is infuriating! I highly advise against purchasing from them.
I placed an order on October 18 and received it promptly. It looked as expected, but I discovered I'm allergic to the material. I apologized for not being more careful before ordering, but I must return the item. I haven't opened it, and was assured a return label would arrive via email. My return request was approved on October 28, but as of today, November 13, I'm still waiting for the label. I've reminded them several times, only to be told to wait. My return seems to be 'under review.' I don't expect any honest follow-through. I filed a dispute with my credit card, which has since been refunded.
The hearing aids make constant whistling and squealing noises. I reached out to the service for help, and they suggested I try all the included adjustments, which I had already done. When I contacted them again to report that the aids were still unusable, I received no response. My request for a refund went unanswered.
Company is a total scam. When reached out via email. Weeks go by without response, if you are lucky to get one with some cut and paste answer thanking you for your patience. Phone automatically disconnects. Never received product and cannot get a refund. Address search shows someone’s apartment/condo building. STAY AWAY FTOM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Complaint filed with BBB and they did not get a response either
If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased hearing aids from them in October and was not happy with them. Asked to return and was told to try multiple things which I did. Still not happy with them and after multiple request sent them back. Had to ask several times about the refund. Sent them the RMA several times and proof of their receipt of the product several times. They kept saying credit would be issed as soon as they got them back. Finally after multiple attempts they did verify they received them on November 4th. Still no credit although they stated credit was issued November 29th. Was told it could take 3-5 business days for bank to issue the credit. It has now been 11 business days and still no credit. Every time I try to call I get hung up on. Don't think I will ever see my refund.
Hearing "aids" squeel when inserting them and caused ringing in my ears for a while after getting them out quickly. Company suggested I had wax in my ears, but I do not. I requested a return and they sent a label. I returned to a residential apartment address in California ( which is the business address??) and they acknowledged the receipt. One package was never opened and the other set was tried for an hour and repackaged in perfect condition. It has been close to three weeks and no refund, only email saying they would be sending a return label. Really?? I already sent it back. Do not buy from these people. My guess is everyone wants a refund.
