Payed 4000.00 for my hearing aids I should have bought them for Amazon. The aids that I have help me hear better but every sound is amplified if I'm talking to someone or just watching TV every background sound is amplified they no better than hearing amplifiers.

I have had outstanding support at a local hearing service. The representative has been incredibly patient and helpful to someone who isn't very tech-savvy. She explained everything in a way I could understand and has made herself available for any further assistance I might need. My experience with hearing aids has been very positive, especially now that I can hear the world around me!

Be very careful about how they handle your insurance and what you will be liable for afterward. Signing the patient responsibility agreement implies you accept the full amount, even though your insurance will discount it. While the details are present, they frame it as if you're simply authorizing the insurance claim.

Persistent calls

I don’t use hearing aids but keep receiving constant calls from this company. I request to be added to their do-not-call list, and the calls stop for a few weeks, only to start again multiple times a day. When I block one number, they simply call from another. It's incredibly frustrating.

A concerning experience

This service feels like a web of deceit. I left with a patient liability document that had no specified amount, and suddenly I owe nearly $5,000 after my insurance payment. They seem to trick you into signing, only to fill in the details later, claiming you agreed to it before leaving.

Very poor service

I attempted to schedule my regular hearing test, only to find my usual location closed. I went to the nearest office and had a test, but when trying to reschedule due to my wife's procedure, I encountered a frustrating lack of communication. I left multiple messages but received no response. It was clear the staff was not busy, yet they failed to answer calls. I ultimately found better service at another location.

Unacceptable service issue

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My elderly father had a major issue with his hearing aids after they lost a crucial part during repair. They refused to take responsibility and demanded he purchase new aids at his own expense. Despite his limited income, they showed no willingness to help. Attempts to contact them for resolution have gone unanswered. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
