Payed 4000.00 for my hearing aids I should have bought them for Amazon. The aids that I have help me hear better but every sound is amplified if I'm talking to someone or just watching TV every background sound is amplified they no better than hearing amplifiers.

She explained everything in a way I could understand and has made herself available for any further assistance I might need. My experience with hearing aids has been very positive, especially now that I can hear the world around me!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My elderly father had a major issue with his hearing aids after they lost a crucial part during repair. They refused to take responsibility and demanded he purchase new aids at his own expense. Despite his limited income, they showed no willingness to help. Attempts to contact them for resolution have gone unanswered. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
