When we found out that I would never be able to carry a child of our own, we were devastated. Surrogacy didn't seem to be an option, as it is illegal in our country. On top, the only thing we knew about it were stories around women being exploited. And that's the last thing I would want... Despite that all, I started reading, watching video's, learning about the 'where and why and how'. And with that, my opinion changed and the doors towards having a family of our own opened..During my investigation, I had listed many agencies who support surrogacy journeys. Whenever I was reading about 'great support' for both IPs and Surrogates, Delivering Dreams would pop up.When I first met with Susan and Oksana, I knew. This is my place to be. A place where not only IPs come first, but surrogate mums as well. A journey together with respect for everyone involved.We did choose the hard way, trying to conceive with our own biomaterial. After a first round of stimulation and IVF and embryo transport to UA and 2 failed transfers, we decided to go for a last try. In Kyiv! This whole way Oksana has been a true support. From logistics to emotions! On site, Ivan has accompanied every single meeting at the clinic. All in all, even our stay in Kyiv was a great experience with DD. Unfortunately, without success. But then again, we can only trick nature to a certain point.Within no time, DD has allowed us to match with a wonderful donor, who will be starting stimulation soon. And we hope our journey continues towards a happy end!Within 1 year, I have gained so much experience but also heard many stories of others. Both with DD but also other agencies. And I can only say, that we made the right decision to let DD support us.Alltogether: Honest, clear and open communication, shifting gears quickly, support around the clock and never loosing sight of the health and wellbeing of the surrogate. Clear payment schedules upfront. So both the business and personal side are taken care of so well. Despite our unfullfilled wish sofar, I can only wholeheartedly say that we will continue this journey with Delivering Dreams. I couldn't have had better support and am looking forward to meeting Oksana when we pick up our little wonder ;-)

The organization of the biomaterial collection in Poland was also smooth. Hi, I want to start off by saying that I looked at multiple surrogacy places prior to choosing Delivering Dreams. Despite what I had seen I felt my heart pulling me towards Ukraine and Delivering Dreams. This is when the process started as we had started nothing thus far but just a dream in our heart and mind. My husband and I went to Ukraine June 2025 and we stayed in Kyiv to start the IVF protocols to create a embryo to put into our chosen surrogate since I medically can not hold our own child. Our overall experience during our stay in Ukraine has been truly transformative and deeply meaningful. Being there during such a significant situation for the country and for us in our lives due to starting the surrogacy process, was both an emotional journey and a testament to hope and perseverance. Managing logistics and documentation abroad due to language barriers was complex, yet the support and guidance we received made it manageable and even empowering. Experiencing the culture and navigating through the streets of Kyiv was beautiful and inspiring. The process taught us patience, adaptability, and trust in the professionals around us.Regarding the medical care and support, we would rate our experience very highly. Like so many couples, my wife and I met fertility challenges which causes so many questions for your future.Our journey of parenthood started in January as we discussed options like adoption or surrogacy. Living in the US, both adoption (for a baby) and surrogacy are expensive and require long wait periods.As we did our research, we found the option of surrogacy in Ukraine. Most people would likely have immediate concerns and questions about accomplishing child birth in a foreign country.My wife and I did lots of research on Ukraine surrogacy, reading many websites of clinics, reviews, videos, discussing with friends/family, anything to give us insights. After we determined Ukraine offers quality medical care in this field, our next step was to identify the best company to assist us on our journey.We initially identified 4 clinics/companies and did 1x1 interviews with each company.This is where Delivering Dreams enters the picture. Our first interview was with DD, with Susan and Ivan. They were both very helpful providing us an understanding of the dynamics in Ukraine, how surrogacy works, what to be cautious about, etc. What brought us trust was the sincerity around this sensitive process. It wasn't a conversation only "selling" what makes THEM great, but an education for us to learn what is important to know in general about making a decision on a company.We both knew their first impression sold us, but we were still curious seeing other options. We interviewed the rest of the clinics, reviewed their information provided. None of them gave us that connected feeling that DD did. Even while we spent time researching other companies, Susan and Anton remained in contact to answer questions.When we met with DD again and confirmed our commitment to using them, it has been nothing but easy sailing.- We reviewed and signed their contract, which is very straight forward. No gimmics. They answered questions we had very transparently.- Anton, our coordinator, has been tremendous keeping the process on track. We were given a high level overview of steps/timing. We maintain a group message chat and communicate almost daily with each other. He's super knowledgeable and thorough with every step of this process. It's A LOT to do but it feels much easier with Anton leading us.We are now at the Embryo testing stage, which is a major milestone. Their careful selecting of fertility experts and egg donor delivered us a well above average amount of eggs and embryos to use. It was surprising to us how many we got.So far, DD helped us accomplish the following starting in January to now March 31st:- Sign contract- Prepare all initial paperwork (there's a lot) to successfully apply for the surrogacy program in Ukraine- Have sperm donation done in US- Arrange for shipping to Ukraine (hats off to their partner Ihor for seamless transition)- Choose egg donor- Start PGD testingWe're looking forward to the next big milestones, and despite however God decides things work out with these next steps, we're very trustful and confident in Susan, Anton, and the DD team to support us.Below are some considerations all couples should review when making this choice:Biggest concerns: Understanding the dynamics in Ukraine, how this is accomplished, is there fraud, and will you feel alone doing this 10,000 miles away? DD relinquished those concernsEgg Donor: If using egg donor, this is VERY important to research the options of candidates available. Afterall this is half of the baby being created. Some companies claim they have hundreds in their database. We didn't find that to be true. DD was transparent from the start the process finding an egg donor is far more intensive than other places lead on, which creates distrust there may be certain games played out there. DD provided us good options of donors based on our traits we preferred and most importantly educated us how fast decisions should be made if you are settled on the right donor. A whole essay can be done on egg donor process, but simply DD made it a easy and comforting process to know we selected the right donor.IVF Process: DD ensures they are using the best clinic/doctors. They do this process ethically and transparently. As mentioned, we were able to produce a much larger amount of eggs and ultimately embryos than we could have expected.Communication: It's very important to have someone available to you daily for questions, for guiding this process through each step. Our group chat is invaluable and got us through these difficult initial steps. Anton answers us within the hour, if not sooner. Our miracle is now 5 weeks old - and every time I hold our little princess in my arms I am so grateful to Delivering Dreams - because without DD this would not be possible and I would not be mum to my wonderful little girl.I often think about the day our princess was born - it was a beautiful cold day but sunny ☀️.We were still walking in the city centre and had just arrived at the flat when our dear Oksana called us "Where are you? Here we go, please get your things and call a taxi" - we were so incredibly excited. It was absolutely invaluable that Oksana had asked us to pack our things in advance and have a small extra bag with a change of clothes.The staff at the birth centre were great - everyone was very friendly!Oksana accompanied us - and then I was allowed to wait with our great surrogate mother until it was time. The doctors and nurses looked after her very lovingly.It was wonderful to wait with her - and I am so grateful that this was possible.When things really got going, everything went super fast - and then I suddenly had the scissors in my hand and was allowed to cut the umbilical cord and a few minutes later I had our miracle lying on my chest.It was especially nice that I was allowed to hug our surrogate mother tightly after the birth - it was a very moving moment. The doctors and nurses were great - they checked on us several times a day and there was always someone there if we needed anything.Everything was very clean. Even during our stay at the clinic, Oksana was always just a phone call or WhatsApp away - she takes such great care of you!After 3 days we were allowed to return to the apartment and Oksana and Olga took care of all the paperwork.We especially liked the fact that Oksana picked us up - it was just very warm.As for the documents - everything went smoothly. Everyone here knows what they have to do and when, and what is important. Simply professionals but with heart.Oksana also organized a newborn shoot for us - I love the photos! I can only recommend it to anyone.Our surrogate mother is also such a special person - so lovable and warm ❤️ We built up a great bond during the pregnancy and are still in close contactI am glad that it was possible for our surrogate mother to give birth in Lviv.We ourselves also felt safe in Lviv at all times - it was also special that Oksana took the time to show us Lviv's most beautiful corners.The updates from Oksana and our surrogate mother made me feel like I was pregnant myself - we were there every step of the way.
