We opted for expedited shipping as my father-in-law urgently needed hearing aids. However, after several days of waiting, the order didn't even show as shipped. When we reached out to the company, instead of receiving help, we were blamed for the delay and told it was USPS's fault. It’s disappointing that they refuse to take responsibility for their own service failures!
