I’ve ordered a few products from their website before, and they’ve all been fantastic — beautiful fine jewellery that I absolutely love.Recently, I wanted to buy a particular butterfly 🦋 necklace that wasn’t available online, so I contacted customer service. It took about two days to get a reply, and they told me the necklace was a discontinued product and wouldn’t be available to order in the future. However, they kindly offered to custom-make one for me for $1,277. I was very happy with that price, and at the time, there was a 25% off storewide promotion. I replied asking if I could receive the same discount for the custom-made piece, but I never got a response.A few days later, I checked the website again and noticed that the same necklace was listed for $1,992. I sent another email asking why the price had increased and if there was any possibility of getting it at the previous price. It’s now been over 10 days, and I still haven’t received a reply.I was genuinely excited to purchase this necklace, but the lack of communication has been really disappointing. I’m not sure if I’ll be purchasing from them again.

Each piece I’ve received so far is in impeccable condition, the pearls have the highest quality luster and really glow from within. I’m into butterflies recently and so happy Helas have butterfly’s theme jewelry so i can complete my collection. I love that Helas provide high karat solid gold as that will hold value imo. The diamond & mother of pearl really complements all the things i’m looking for
I bought a pair of earrings and a necklace, the necklace was customer made, but has flaw on it. I was asked to send a picture first, then I was told that pearl pieces without diamond were AAA-, and the marking/dent was normal, this information was not provided on its website. I offered to pay 15% of the cost of the necklace to return it, and I requested to return the earrings and I asked for a return shipping label, but I’ve not received a response, and I’m worried after reading other reviews on how difficult the return process can be.
