She has been, single handedly, the best Customer service representative i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I bought a coat following the size guide (which I've used every time purchasing Hell Bunny items) and unfortunately it was far too large this time round.
She helped me understand coat sizing information and made sure I was able to find the coat that was right for me.
I now have the pleasure of owning the correct sized coat (after 3 years of searching) and thanks to this wonderful lady, I am proud to own this coat for the next 10 years!
(I know it sounds so simple but with black friday deals, multiple refunds and hundreds of £s this close to Christmas, she really helped me make this process as painless as possible 🫶🏻)

A true measure of customer service is how they respond to issues. A different courier was arranged for my delivery after complications with another service, which was a smart move. The team, especially the representative, was wonderful and resolved my issue within 24 hours, while the other service has yet to respond. I appreciate everyone's efforts during this busy season; you all made this a positive experience!

I've placed several orders recently and overall, I'm satisfied, with one major concern: the size guide. I usually wear a size 16, which is listed as XL, but my measurements matched 2XL. I ordered 9 items, and most were too large. Unfortunately, returns aren't free, which made it inconvenient. I reordered smaller sizes, and now everything fits perfectly. The designs are adorable and well-made. Plus, my refund was processed quickly. I’m happy with my orders now, but I urge the company to revisit their sizing!
