I placed my first order with a grocery service on December 22nd at 10:45 PM. I hoped it would arrive before Christmas, but I didn’t really expect it since I ordered so late. I was genuinely surprised and thrilled when it showed up in less than 14 hours, delivered by a friendly gentleman in a company van, who wished my family a happy Christmas and asked if I spoke a bit of Greek! It was a truly wonderful experience, and the produce was fantastic as well.

Delicious Greek flavors will instantly take you to your favorite taverna. When I inquired about freezing the delivered products, they responded quickly, but I recommend reaching out to the company before ordering to check on shelf life.
An AMAZING experience! The package arrived quickly and was packed exceptionally well, with the ice packs still frozen solid. Getting 25% off for Black Friday, especially with free delivery, was fantastic. I will definitely use this service again in the future.
I recently ordered several products, including 15 of one item. I took a day off from work for the delivery (which was impressively quick), and everything was fine except that I received the wrong product for the one with 15 quantities and only 9 were sent. I was assured they would replace it after 4 days. I took another day off to receive the correct order, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong product again. I understand mistakes can happen, but repeating the same error seems intentional. I've been a customer for over 10 years and can count on one hand how many times my orders have been correct. It's disappointing when the service has one job to perform.
I absolutely adore the company. They offer such a fantastic selection of food. The items always arrive well-packaged. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend their products for bringing a taste of Greece into your home.
I searched for a review before ordering but found none, so I decided to share my honest feedback after delivery. I ordered a selection of Halva, Pasturma, Baklava, etc., which were reasonably priced and authentic. The sweets were the best I've tried from any market or shop. The Revani had too much syrup for my taste, so I brought it to work to share. The Kantaifi also had a bit too much syrup but had the right texture and was delicious. Delivery was prompt, with cool bags and well-protected packaging. One item, Koulouro, was missing, but I received an immediate automatic refund. It would be great to add Apple Pay, but PayPal was a good alternative. Well done to the company!
