When I first downloaded the app

When I first downloaded the app, I won big and tried to withdraw. Hellomillions was quick to take my money but wasn't so quick to cash me out. A player should be able to withdraw as fast as they can deposit. Other than that I lose every time ever since. I never withdrew from this platform. But the games are fun. Lol
