I really love the casino and everything that it has to offer. I recently just signed Up with no deposit. The cash out system was easy. Ended up cashing out $730 still waiting on the money to hit my bank account. I was told there was fast redemption on this casino. I hope it works in my favor as well. Account ID: 1785038470
The redemption process is ridiculous. I confirmed the first credit card and then got a new email to restart the clock. This time they want me to confirm an Apple Pay. Problem is I removed that card from Apple Pay and when I added it back it gave it a new virtual card number. These guys are terrible and will do anything to try and not pay you. Stay far far away!Update: sent the bank statement. Now itll take another 72 hours until they ask a question and start the clock again. No other site behaves this way. It appears that you take restricting redemptions seriously but have no problem accepting deposits. They could use two factor if they were worried about your account. Thieves. Update: they won’t verify me. The bank statment runs through the 5th but they are counting transactions until the 7th. Games. No other site behaves this way. Took tons of my money but won’t pay me. They did issue me a $500 withdrawal in the past with no issues. So beware, they like to draw you in so that you will spend a lot. This site is actually criminal. I have no idea how they have 4 stars other than bots.
This company- B2 Services does NOT like to lose. I was playing B2Services games (McLuck, Hello Millions, PlayFame) on their web platforms. All was well until I had a streak of luck and won a good amount of money, next thing I know, all 3 of my accounts are locked. After a week of trying to get answers, this was their asinine response, and what you can expect, if you win;“From a routine check done by our payment provider, we have been notified that your account xxxxxxxx was advised of a potential risk.In accordance with our security procedures, we made a review on our end and found that your account is connected to a contested charge. Due to this, we regret to inform you that temporary restrictions have been placed.But do not worry, your account can easily be reinstated if you kindly provide a copy of your card ending in 9590, 9564, 7027, 8734, 2369, and 4725 as well as a handwritten, signed liability letter highlighting the following:I [CUSTOMER NAME] have read, understood & agreed to the [BRAND NAME] Terms of Service and all its clauses. That all purchases made on [ACCOUNT ID] - which totals to [open purchases] are valid and were done with my complete authorization, and that as the account holder, I am held liable for all logins, purchases and games made and will be made hereafter.”Let me start by saying, they did not provide any proof of disputed or contested charges… because there were none. The only “potential risk” to them is that I may- God forbid- win again. The credit cards they list are not mine (not that I would comply with that request, anyway), all my purchases were made through Apple Pay, which does not provide actual credit card information. And quite frankly, my purchases were close to, if not more than my winnings. Sadly for them, I probably would have reinvested my winnings playing their games, I guess I should thank them for insulting me and locking my accounts.
