Hello millions is a great platform and after dealing with their process with redemption I’m here to tell you that at first very frustrating and was very angry because I thought they just wanted to take my money and not pay out what I won. But customer service helped guide me through it. At first I’ll admit I didn’t think they wanted to help. They were asking for information I could not provide. When in reality for any one using Apple Pay you can remove the card and add it back. And the virtual number is the same. At first I thought it was different and could not provide them with this information. After sending them a million documents trying to prove I made the purchases I did I add the card back to Apple Pay and wouldn’t you know it, it provided the same virtual number they were asking for for verification. Through the whole day of being upset and frustrated they still treated me very kindly. I sent them the verification information late that night and everything was approved by morning and money was in my account same day of approval So yes a legit site to play on they do pay. Takes longer then I would like for the approval. Because once approved, it goes right into your account at least by the next day. Hellomillions does pay out. I’m currently waiting for my 2nd redemption now. We will see how this one goes. I do wish approvals were faster.
Made a deposit of $20 only to be restricted immediately. I was going to put on $300, so glad I didn’t. I’m not getting any responses from anyone. Live chat has no clue what’s going on and I am being told it could be 5 to 7 days before anyone can fix it. That’s outrageous. Hire more people if you can’t respond to customers sooner than 7 days. I’ve deposited several times be and had no issue. Not won a damn thing either. Ive dropped well over 5k in the last few months with no RTP. It’s a casino I get it but where is the 96% RTP they claim to have?? I tried this because a few friends said they have won 1000s off just a few 100 bucks. Boy has been bullshit!
