Just over and over and over donating to this horrible site. I would have all you players look to their other sites Sports millions which CLOSED DOWN. I used to get wins here, it's been months and months of playing at least 4-5 times a week with nothing. I just checked my last redemption was almost 1 year ago and I cash at the minimum $50 I don't lose it once I win it. They turn off your accounts once you win too much this place is a giant scam. It's been almost a year, and I can't even get close to a cash out here. BEWARE!!!

I have had very few redemption opportunities here. The latest , this has taken over 3 days thus far to simply verify my address. I wasted a full day when I was given links to McLuck for verification. Mc cluck has been in the headlines due to a class action lawsuit, so I responded and they sent me the correct links. Now I'm told it will take up to 48 hrs to process my proof of address. Furthermore, when I saw gift card redemption is instant, I submitted a redemption request and was told that it would take up to 3 business days to process. They take our money instantly , yet delay the redemption process because they know many will lose their winnings in the interim between redemption request and final payout. So, I'm putting this on blast- ill edit post with the final result of this fiasco
I will change to a 5 star as soon as I get my pay out. I some how got declined by their "3rd party" so I went ahead and put in my other banking Information. So now I got to wait another week before I know or see the payout. Wish they'd make it easier and put skrill or PayPal as a redemption option.
UPDATED: my issue was promptly resolved. Thank you HM. I must not have noticed the approval status because redemption has already arrived. So I stand my prior opinions and high recommendation for this site. Sorry I was premature in my initial review.Extremely slow redemption process. Been playing here since the beginning. I also play across all B2 sites. They appear to have gone downhill as they are delaying redemption approvals. Completely unacceptable, especially for very loyal B2 customers. They are usually quick for your first couple prize redemptions then this happens. Every other site I play at ranges from instant to 24hr approvals, so HM taking more than 48hrs for a simple approval should be of a concern. I can no longer recommend HM at this time. Also when you have a bad experience at one B2 site, you should consider not playing across the entire portfolio, which includes their other brands (mcluck, playfame, SpinBlitz, etc).
