After playing at Hello Millions casino a few times and leaving discouraged and frustrated from not winning even $5.00 I decided to take a 6 month break from playing there. Then a friend mentioned he wanted to sign up and I told him good luck because I had never been lucky there before. He purchased $9.99 in coins and began to play slots. Not one, not two, not three, but four different games later he was beginning to understand why I no longer played at Hello Millions. THEIR GAMES DONT PAY AND GETTING A BONUS ON ANY OF THEIR SLOTS IS NEAR TO IMPOSSIBLE!!! Not a single dollar. Nothing.
This site has really gone down hill. Used to be one of my favorites, but now I would definitely not reccomend to my worst enemy. I've spent alot of time and money here and how do the show their appreciation? By taking away my sc daily bonus and replacing with gold coins. Gross. I dont play gold coins. So, Goodbye Hello Millions. Do better. UPDATE: MY REPLY TO HELLO MILLION'S RESPONSE: I already contacted you guys weeks ago when I saw my daily SC bonus was replaced with gold coins. The agent said they had no control over it. And that left me feeling even more disappointed
My recent review for Hello Millions somehow is not showing up in my Trustpilot reviews, so I am once again reviewing them. Back on July 19th, 2025 I requested two separate redemptions of $100 each. Only one redemption came through to my bank, and the other one said processed but NEVER reached my bank. I called my bank and they say they NEVER received a 2nd payment, SO I can only assume that Hello Millions NEVER sent it, even though their system said they did. I have the proof with my bank statements, BUT they are not accepting them because I cannot get them in PDF format. However, my bank statements have been sent to them in the webpage format that my bank allowed.My suggestion: STAY CLEAR of this casino. They have awesome games but so do all other social casinos. Besides that, they only pay into a bank account and it takes days to get paid. There are many other social casinos that pay onto a debit card within seconds. HEED MY ADVICE, or you could be the next one not getting paid your redemption. The only blessing here is, Thank God it was only $100 and not $1000 missing! Good Luck!
UPDATE: Hello Millions did contact me thru email on this review, but sent me their transaction ID number, rather than the 15 Digit TRACE number (all numbers, no letters) my bank and I have requested in order to trace the payment transaction. Therefore, I rated them with 1 star rather than the original 3 stars. I have waited quite long enough for a $100 payment from them! It has been 14 days since requesting the payment.I have had issues getting my redemption for $100. I requested 2 redemptions for $100 on July 19th, but only received one. They are now requesting a bank statement from me to prove I didn't receive the payment, however I cannot get that bank statement until Aug. 20th, because my bank goes from the 20th to the 20th each month. SO, I am now requesting from them the 2 trace numbers for each payment they made on that day or thereafter, so my bank can try to trace the payment down. Without both trace numbers, it's difficult to decipher which one I didn't receive. I contacted Hello Millions at least 4 times about this payment and each time they said it was processed, so PLEASE prove to me it was! Thanks!849381983
I’ve hit the bonus so many times and hit nothing over and over Im a row when you sink hundreds in and hit the Bonus and win 0 then 3 spins you hit it again and win 4 dollars on a dollar bet you start to sit and think. What is the probability of hitting the bonus six times and not even winning 20 bucks the RTP is so low it’s criminal. Sinker hundreds in and they gave me a 5 dollars in free play.
