Hello my name is roshunda tutwiler I don’t know this company I got paid in fraud took my whole paycheck they let some one open a account in my name and spend all my funds all my identity was stolen I am a victim of identity theft and they let them spend over 1200 of my card impossible then they ask me for the account number so they can look into I don’t have the account number because I did not open the account so I sent them screenshots of my bank account
I would give them no stars if I could. DONT PLAY HERE IF YOU LOVE MONEY. They will not let you win. Please if you love money do not put a penny in this place. You will not win a penny. They are the worst casino online. You won’t win I guarantee that. Spent $4,000 and you will not get taken care of. Please please please don’t put a penny in this place. They have no loyalty team. You need to take a picture of every package you buy or you will get screwed. Also the have play patterns and algorithms rigged against you. There just going to screw you. I put a $150 in and didn’t even win $2. So this place is the absolutely worst online casino hands down. I’ve been to many many many others that are way better. Like game selection. Hardly ever get any jackpot!! I opted in for it multiple times and not good at all!! If you’re not betting higher than 1.00 in coins a hand you wont ever get the Major!! Update #3 still no response at all. Now they have also changed my daily log in bonus to max 0.20sc and it was up to 5.00sc. I currently have over 11sc available but still can not play my SC only gold coins. Keep getting pop ups to buy SC🤣Huh? That's your response? You asked me for ID and I gave it to you. How can I share or do anything with support as they never reached out besides email days ago that said do not respond or you will get bumped to the bottom of inquires. Won some money and submitted my ID to verify. Upon doing this i was instantly banned for being "underage" (i am 21+). Support was helpful at first trying to solve the problem but have since stopped replying even after creating a new support ticket.Edit/Update: Support told me to create a new account so i did and then stopped responding again. Upon getting back in touch with support i was told i violated the terms by having multiple accounts despite being told to do so by support and my account would be closed and coins forfeit. Dont waste your time in the off chance you have an issue with the site as it will never get resolve
Like everyone else says, SCAM. In fact there are NO ONLINE CASIONS that you will win on. Save your money for a real casino. I bought $999 in Sweepstake Coins (aka real money). Played about 7 different games. Bets ranged from $1 to $5. First bonus, took me over $400 to get one, on a $5 bet, and the BONUS paid $33. WTF!!! Next one, took me $150 to get another bonus, this time I hit a bonus on a $3 bet, and won $110. Still lame... and that was it. LINE HITS are nearly non existent. You have been warned.
This is by far one of the best social casinos sites I've played on. Frequent promotions, fun challenges, and fast (1-3 day) redemptions. The only thing stopping it from being 5 stars for me is that the daily bonus is a bit lacking compared to its competitors'. Even though I'm slightly down overall, I can see myself continuing to play here.
