Redemption requests for big wins take weeks to approve. I’m missing over 200 free spins from various promotions that were never credited, as well as two referral bonuses that also went unpaid. I've spent thousands on this platform, I’m at a high tier level, and I have NEVER had a single issue resolved through customer support.
I'm only giving it 2 stars since I've been with them for just 58 days. I’ve had one redemption of no more than $100. I prefer not to play here anymore because they only offer $0.10 a day, while other platforms provide $0.75 to $1 daily. The spins here have also been disappointing. Until I see improvements and more wins, I’ll keep my rating as it is.
This site is a complete scam. I've been using it for almost a year, and they initially paid out a couple of times. However, after making over 20 deposits in the past two months, my balance just disappears. They allow you to win a few times at first, then it turns into a total money grab. They can claim it's random, but my experience tells a different story. The games are fun for a few tries, but if you win even once, it's best to walk away because you'll never win more than you spend.
This site is very stringy with giving away free coins and they have a million pop ups that pop up no matter what you do on there site! They should have named this site hellomillionpopups! It fits it a lot better! You spend more time closing all the popups then you don’t playing a game! Time to go find a new platform that’s not so tight and doesn’t have popups!
I'm on the Brave Browser, went to play gravity blackjack, it bugged out and sent me to the main menu. I tried again and bet 1 sc, did the same. I came back again and found out it bet 9 sc on the main bet, and 1 sc on all side bets, it bugged out. I just lost money for 0 reason, and customer service did nothing about it. I know it may be my fault for not noticing that the provider was bugging but customer support couldn't help me at all for this one.
Just straight pirates im going to stay away from this site been weeks since I won on this site you know the average online casino hit 1 time .maybe a 1/4 hit then another alittle smaller them you won't hit anything my friends . I play that much to know their pattern worst site yet !!!!!
