SCAM ALERT BEWARE: I referred a friend to this site, and after depositing they restricted their account saying they are not available in our state, however literally on their website TOS is clearly list our state as being available, so we screenshotted that for records and sent it to them. They are attempting to steal the deposits, I would not recommend playing here. Nothing but problems out of this shady site. They said they are "escalating the case now" that we sent the screenshot, will probably have to do a chargeback now just to recover the stolen funds.
So I've played on this site for a while but was not an avid player until recently. Cashed out my first redemption recently of $300 and had zero issues and the process was super quick for being a first cash out. I want to say it took just two or three days. Just sent a redemption over last night for $6000!!! And it is pending but I'm hoping the transaction is just as easy and quick. It's a Sunday so I'll add to my review once it is approved. So far I'm loving this site!! It is one of the best out there💜
This is b2 services worst casino, which says a lot. It has a daily bonus where most days you get nothing but GC. It has endless amount of dead spins which is awful. This is defiantly a bait and switch casino as I’ve only ever won in the very beginning and since then has been nothing. I would highly suggest using almost any other online casino because this one just isn’t worth playing. Also most of the 5 star reviews are either paid for or employees because it’s the farthest casino from being 5 stars.
Customer service is horrible. It took me a week to get them to understand I verify a card I haven’t used with them for months but it was lost. My winnings was over 2500.00 so I was emailed to cancel my redemption and that issue was resolved and to request a new redemption. So I followed instructions and requested a smaller amount so I can receive my funds within the normal timeframe I had before. Still no email that funds was sent I’m so done with hello millions I have lost too much hard earned money only to finally win big and not be paid. And pay attention to the only good reviews are verified so don’t believe them
