Slow redemption payout!! I won some money on the 20th of Sep. It is now Oct 10th and I still have NOT received my redemption. This was my first time playing with this website. I never had payouts take this long on other casino websites. They say it's my bank, but no, my bank pays early for any deposit. The lies they tell, smh. Ive been playing and purchasing on HelloMillions since they came out. They are one of B2s sites so of course I trusted them to be reliable and trustworthy. I have never redeemed a cent however after losing alot of money so I kind of wrote them off after they implemented that stupid daily wheel. But I've been having some great flash offers in my store and after purchasing a few of them I was finally able to turn my $10 purchase into a $75 redemption. Could have been $400 but I kept playing it down...lol despite having lost a decent amount on the site, I have to give them 5 stars because of two reasons. First: Their game selection is unmatched. They have Peter & Sons and I absolutely have a love/hate relationship with the Ghostfather games, lol. And secondly: I submitted the redemption last night, they approved it in under 8 hours, and the money is already in my checking account today. I just checked my PNC 10 mins ago and they already paid me out. From redemption submission to funds deposited it took 16 hours total. That's super impressive and I will continue playing on the site specifically due to their fast redemption and not making me wait around all weekend or allow the redemption to sit pending in my account for a long time, allowing me to cancel it and play it down to zero, as I am inclined to do on all non-instant redeem sites. Lol.. so Ace, HelloMillions, SpinBlitz, Playfame, n luckystake, will be moved to the top of bookmarked daily sweeps sites that I do my rounds on every day to check for any great deals or collect the dailys etc. Good job HM! Fast redemptions, plethora of promos and freebies, an awesome vip system that keeps track of your VIP level with each spin you make, n Ghostfather Awakened for the win!!! Lol Keep it up! You guys just secured yourselves another loyal/daily player. While Legendz, on other hand, has just lost their Master VIP tiered player due to their absolute complete lack of a vip reward/player loyalty program, ZERO rakeback, zero promos, and a broken, deceptive, and suspiciously vague VIP program that hasnt worked properly since they started (my vip bar has been frozen in the same exact spot for so many months despite losing thousands in one weekend alone over there) Just so many things that can't be ignored, and while I've remained a devoted player on Legendz, in hopes they would improve, simply due to the amount of time/money I have sunk into my account and the fact they are instant redemption, I have just realized that it makes more financial sense to direct my money/time into any of the B2 sites, as they provide WAY more incentive, rewards, transparency, promos, game selection..etc etc...Rock on B2 🤙🤙🎉🎉🫶🫶
The worst platform I've ever used. They literally sounded like I had two accounts without my knowledge. One day, I logged in to play with someone else on this second account, which I didn't even know existed, because I'd never used it before. I deposited my first credits, spent them, lost them, and right at the end, after I won, I was in the process of redeeming my prize. They literally blocked my account and said I was acting against the rules because I was using a secondary account, which I had no idea was possible. Before using this casino platform, I saw that it wasn't possible to have more than one account, so how could I be using a secondary account? And why didn't they block me as soon as I logged in? Why didn't they stop me before I used my money? Why did they only block my account after I had already spent a lot, literally after I won? Now they don't want to give me my prize, much less refund my money. And all the attendants treated me super badly even though I made it clear that I had no knowledge of this second account, but the question they can't answer is why they didn't stop me before I spent my money? And they only blocked me after I won a prize. I'm literally blocked in every way where I can't have any more contact with the hellomillions casino platform... They simply took my money and blocked me from all platforms leaving me with no option to contest.They asked for my contact details and so far no one has sent me or given me any information. I'm kind of sending emails and no one has responded. I don't understand why they asked for my contact details if they're not going to contact me? September 25/2025 and nobody contacted me yet…October /01/ 2025 I still haven't received any response... the requests I sent to the attendants were all marked as resolved but no one wants to tell me anything... really when you said (We want to ensure your concerns are addressed properly) I don't see this happening, at least if you're not going to resolve it, tell me here and I won't create expectations based on your company's word.Today, October 9th, and still no one has given me a solution or at least helped me. Terrible site I redeemed rewards on the 11th of this September it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received payment. Spoke to a representative he tried to blame my bank saying that the bank may take 3-5 business days to deposit. Lies I have chime bank
Ripoff scam site with terrible customer service. Dealing with this site has been nothing but problems. The customer service doesn't know what they are doing and are actively attempting to scam me through email, i spoke with Helen G. at hello millions, it's a knockoff sister site of mcluck except much worse , they think they can just get away with scamming people i guess.D9 yourself a favor and Stay away from this one.
