The broadband itself isnt much of a problem if your in a small apartment like me. How ever, now im leaving the absolute nightmare of trying to cancel has sent me nearly over the edge. 4 live chats with 3 cutting me off half way through only to be told by the 4th i have to ring up.Ring and get put on hold 3 times. Then i have to accept an aggreement just to cancel. Wtf is this all about. The woman sounded like she had a stick lodged up her arse. Fare enough on her i was abrupt but any1 would be after the farse ive had to face to try and just cancel after my contract end date. Think she may of been abit bummed out answering calls while all cheering and partying was going on in the background. No wonder ya always on hold. They to busy eating cake and cheering each others none existant accomplisments instead of doing what they paid to do
Another call to TalkTalk today with no completion date. Absolutely useless. If you want to remain in control of your anger and frustration please, please do not use this company they will annoy you continually with their bad service and lack of accountability. Please go to anyone else but TalkTalk. Their Trustpilot score speaks for itself😤
