After finally getting through to Talk…

After finally getting through to Talk Talk, after many checks and the lady on the phone sounding board and being I thought rude we got nowhere. She even had me taking the telephone front cover off which I said what if I was a pensioner and couldn’t do it, she said everyone can do it. After 1hour 39 minutes I was cut off which I hear is a common occurrence.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service.Tried to cancel my broadband as moving to another company. It took over a week to eventually get someone to listen they just kept offering new tarifs.... I've not had a contract renewal with them but still insisting on charging me an extra month before they will cancel, plus an admin charge....Rubbish speeds ..top price..even after 10 years being a customer..shocking

2 months of this -Talktalk brushing everything under the carpet again hoping the customer will go aw

TalkTalk still haven’t switched me over to new provider. You’re talking over a month now and caused me huge distress !!! Just sent them an email with DATES and TIMES when my new provider triggered the switch and was CONFIRMED by TalkTalk it yet they still say they need to do it again. I have never known such a poor poor service. They tell you what you want to hear and no one follows any escalated cases up. The customer is piggy in the middle between providers because they cannot be bothered unless they need your money. Keep doing what you’re doing talktalk if you want NO customers. This is 2nd complaint - because talktalk assured me it would get sorted. Too good to be true for them to sort . Thankyou talktalk . I will await threatening letters as to why you cannot take money out of my account anymore- perhaps then you will listen! Bring it on as I have enough proof and evidence as what you are doing is so wrong.

Absolutely Terrible Service

You can't be helpful or constructive with this company. A dead loss. They took over from Shell, and it's been a bloody disaster!

Terrible customer support

Hope you never have to interact with customer services as the experience is terrible. I had to act as an advocate for grandmother in relation to her issues with talktalk due to the disgusting manner in which multiple phone representatives handled her case.Avoid.

Threatened with damage to my credit rating

I ended my association with TalkTalk after they sent me a renewal letter which would substantially increase my costs. Been a customer (phone and internet) for 8 years. I received an email today asking for a payment of £29.00 to end my contract. I was expecting to make a payment to them. My complaint is that the email threatened me with damage to my credit score unless I made payment immediately. I’ve paid and I’m just delighted to be rid of this awful company. A company that places no score on customer loyalty. Bye bye TalkTalk. Glad to be rid of you..

Avoid TalkTalk at all costs

Do not use this abusive, dysfunctional company. I have now spoken to/had texts from 35 different people. All I tried to do was move one block further down the road. They had 3.5 weeks' notice to transfer landline and broadband. It all worked for one day and then nothing. This was 6 weeks ago. In that time I have been lied to, had an OpenReach and Talk Talk engineer visit who say the fault is with the TalkTalk software that needs to be turned back on. The person who organised my home move apparently cancelled my service! When I asked how did it work for one day then - no-one has the answer. It is shameful that a customer of decades (since One-tel, then AOL then TalkTalk) is treated in such a shabby way. Suddenly 2 days ago they decided that OpenReach no longer support copper fibre services in my area. Surely this was known 6 weeks ago? The OpenReach engineer said everything in the cabling and hardware was ready to go he did not have a problem with copper fibre. Then the latest 'representative's' revelation that now I have to open a brand new more expensive full fibre contract in order to have a service - a service that did work as copper fibre for one day 9-10th August. What a cynical ploy to extract more money. The next available engineer's appointment is not the promised 14 days' time but FOUR WEEKS away. So by the 9th October, I will have had no internet for TWO MONTHS. There are no overall managers to supervise the huge numbers of 'complaint managers', 'technical representatives', 'home move' representatives, 'order team'. So they all function as rogue agents who say any amount of misinformation and never adequately read the notes. Disgraceful and the opposite of caring for their business and customers.
